Website care and maintenance
A website needs looking after. Software ages, plugins break and certificates expire. Our care plans keep a site you already have updated, backed up and working, so you do not have to think about it. Plans start from S$500 a month and are quoted per site, because a small brochure site and a busy online store need different attention.
What a care plan includes
- Monthly updates, backups and security checks
- A monthly allowance of small content changes
- Uptime and certificate monitoring
- Checks that your contact form still delivers
- Larger fixes and speed work, quoted separately before we start
What is not included
Redesigns, new features, new sets of pages and hosting migrations are separate projects, quoted on their own. Domain renewals, hosting, paid plugins and Shopify plans are paid to those providers. We write the line between "included" and "quoted" into the plan, so there are no surprises.
Who it suits
- Businesses whose site brings in enquiries or sales and nobody on the team looks after it
- Sites we built, and sites someone else built that you now need to look after
- WordPress and Shopify sites, and sites on our own CMS
How to choose a plan
Our guide Website maintenance in Singapore: what a care plan covers and costs lists the questions to ask any provider, including us: what is included, how quickly urgent problems get a response, where backups are kept, and who owns the logins.
Common questions
Do I need to hold the logins?
Yes. You should own your domain, hosting and accounts. We work in them with your permission, and you can take everything with you if you ever leave.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. We review it first, tell you what condition it is in, and quote what a plan would involve.
Is there a minimum term?
Plans run monthly with reasonable notice, and the terms are written into the plan.
