Privacy notice

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This notice explains what Interchange does with the personal data you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to impress a lawyer. If anything is unclear, email office@interchangestudio.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, company, target launch, links, and any notes you add. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for a short period so we can limit spam. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a quote and run the project. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored in our Cloudflare account and notification emails are sent through Resend. Both are service providers that may process data outside Singapore. Our email is handled through Google Workspace or Gmail.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 12 months, then delete them. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as we need to for support and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice first.
